882 ft. 9 inches long (or about four city blocks), 92 ft. 6 inches wide, 14 stories tall, weighed 46,328 tons
sank April 15, 1912 at 2:20am, taking 1517 souls with her and leaving only 705
bow now lies at 41°43'57"N 49°56'49"W, stern now lies at 41°43'35"N 49°56'54"W
discovered on September 1, 1985 by Dr. Robert Ballard
